Prontera Chivalry would be the Knight's guild, correct? This would be where you can gain access to 2-1 Class Knight, to Culverts (Drainage system), and to Play Dead.
Once you have First Aid, one of the NPCs there will talk about his experiences blah blah blah, and will offer you the chance to gain the skill "Play Dead". After accepting it, he will make you run to the Nurse Officer (who gave you the Sterilized Bandage) and will give you the needed "Novice Tag". Return to the guy who will teach you Play Dead, then viola! You would now have Play Dead in your skill tree (at least until you gain Super Novice or 1st class status).
